A refreshing and fruity smoothie which is loaded with goodness. Full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals this smoothie is filling, healthy & tastes great too.

Ingredients

Kale Smoothie

  • Handful of kale
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • Half a banana
  • Small handful of strawberries
  • Scoop greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Molkosan®
  • 200ml water

Full of Goodness

  • Rich in vitamins A, C & K
  • High in dietary fibre

Kale is super nutritious. It’s packed with goodness including vitamin A which helps maintain healthy hair, skin and bones. It also has a high fibre and water content which helps support the digestive system and prevent constipation.

How to make Kale Smoothie

1. Add a handful of kale, pear, half a banana, a few strawberries, greek yoghurt, Molkosan® Fruit and water into a blender and mix until smooth.
