Cup Omelets

Packed with tasty vegetables, this easy to make cup omelets are healthy, nutritious and fun for a special Sunday brunch!

Ingredients

Cup Omelets

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2’’piece of leek
  • ½ onion
  • Fist-sized broccoli
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk or water
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Herbamare® Original seasoning salt
  • small sprig of fresh parsley

How to make Cup Omelets

1. Chop the vegetables and divide them evenly into 12 muffin cups on the sheet. Sprinkle the cheese on top.

2. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl, add milk/water and spices.

3. Pour the eggs evenly into the cups on the sheet.

4. Bake at 210°C (400° F) for about 20 mins.
