Love a green smoothie? I know I do! Packed full of goodness, this is one of my favourite recipes and it’s a great way to kick start your day. Don’t be afraid to experiment with your greens. As an alternative to spinach you can also try kale, swiss chard or pak choy.

Ingredients

Apple & Spinach Smoothie

  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 50g fresh spinach
  • Handful of parsley
  • 1 date, pitted
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Molkosan®

Full of Goodness

  • Loaded with vitamins – A, K, D & C
  • Rich in minerals – magnesium, iron & zinc
  • Good source of dietary fibre

Spinach is well known for its many health benefits. One benefit of this superfood is its ability to help ease muscle and joint pain and relax muscles due to its high magnesium content and anti-inflammatory properties.

How to make Apple & Spinach Smoothie

1. Blend all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
