Preparation: To use, simply heat the sauce gently in a saucepan for 5 minutes.

Pete’s Jamaican Lamb Recipe:
Heat 1 tbls coconut oil in a pan. Add 700gm diced lamb and 500gm chopped root vegetables. Cook until sealed, add jar of Pete Evans Jamaican Simmer Sauce and 1/2 jar of water or broth. Reduce heat and simmer until tender. Pete’s Tip: Serve with sweet potato mash.
