Pete’s Beef Bolognese Recipe:
Heat 2 Tbls coconut oil in frying pan. Add chopped - onion, 1 carrot, 1 stick celery and 500gm grass feed beef. Cook until meat is browned. Add jar of Pete Evans Bolognese Sauce, 1/2 jar of water and 300ml broth. Simmer until cooked (about 15mins). Pete's Tip: serve with sautéed kale and spinach.
