What are common issues with the prostate?

As the most common prostate disease, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia is the enlargement of the prostate gland. Fibre has been associated with lower levels of testosterone and PSA scores, so including fibre-rich wholefoods in your diet is a great way to promote prostate health.
