Application
Bath Application:
Shake well before use. Add a cap-full (20mL) of Arnica Oil to your bath.

Recommended bath temperature:
30-40 °C

Recommended duration of soaking:
15-20 minutes.

12 Soakings if used as directed.

Massage Application:
Shake well before use. Apply a small amount of oil to skin, and massage as required. For best results, use after  showering on moist skin.
